Note: If you need to send photos (e.g., for service concerns), please email them only—we do not accept images via text or other platforms.
✅ Service Guarantee
At Diamond Glitter Cleaning Services, we pride ourselves on high-quality cleaning and customer satisfaction.
If you’re unsatisfied with our service:
Email us at Diamondglittercs@outlook.com within 48 hours of service completion.
Include photos of the areas of concern.
🔁 If the issue is within our scope, we’ll return to fix it at no extra cost.
Important notes:
The guarantee only covers areas included in the original service request.
No refunds unless approved by management.
This guarantee is void if the property is reoccupied, modified, or cleaned by another party prior to our follow-up visit.
🚫 Service Exclusions
For safety and professionalism, we do not provide:
❌ Moving heavy/large furniture
❌ Dusting/vacuuming ceilings or high-reach areas (without proper equipment)
❌ Ceiling cleaning
❌ Pet/human waste cleanup (feces, urine, vomit, etc.)
❌ Removing stained/damaged silicone, paint, or construction residue
❌ High-access cleaning (e.g., exterior windows requiring ladders)
❌ Operating laundry machines
❌ Curtain/carpet washing (unless specified in your service agreement)
🔑 Keys & Property Access
If you provide keys to our team:
Keys are labeled only with your first name + last initial (no address/phone number).
Important: Handing over keys is at your own risk—our insurance does not cover lost/misused keys.
For weekly/bi-weekly bookings, we recommend using a secure lockbox or pre-arranged safe spot.
🐾 Pet Policy
For safety and comfort:
Pets must be secured away from cleaning areas.
Services may be paused if a pet poses a risk to staff.
We use pet-safe products (inform us of any sensitivities).
Excluded: Pet waste cleanup (urine, feces, etc.).
🚗 Parking Policy
To ensure efficient service:
We require parking access for our equipment.
If parking is limited in your area, notify us in advance to arrange alternatives.
Any parking fees will be added to your total service cost.
📅 Cancellation Policy
We understand emergencies happen, but late cancellations impact our team’s schedule:
Before 5:00 PM the day prior: $50 cancellation fee.
After 5:00 PM or same-day: 50% of total service charge.
Please notify us as early as possible to avoid fees.
